We established in the first season in 2007. Due to the 3C products are made by LCD

in the present market, and our major partners are SVA - NEC, LG Display etc. , so we can

provide high quality and competitive price to customers.

In addition to LCD Panel, we have LCD Monitors, LCD TV and other applications.

Our production site is Jean/K-tronics and this market is in Pan-European Distribution. So

our major business model is European Hub Operation.

The procedures in European Hub Operation are as follows,

(1) Jean/K-tronics produce the products base on forecast from Yusmart NL.

(2) Products are shipped to NL warehouse.

(3) Yusmart NL promote sales and ship the products to customers.

(4) Sales terms are EX-Warehouse, Duty paid by buyer, T/T payment, 3year warranty.

(5) Some special sales program (kind of incentive programs).
